It's Kiffin.

Thoughtful, composed... maybe slightly puzzled?

Unconfirmed reports (Jimmy Hyams) say that Mike Hamilton has tabbed 33 year old Lane Kiffin as the next head football coach for the University of Tennessee. Suffice it to say that if Jimmy Hyams says it, take it to the bank. This is Kiffin's first collegiate head coaching job. Previously, he was the head coach of the Oakland Raiders and was offensive coordinator for Pete Carroll's USC Trojans during their meteoric rise to the top of the college football world in the middle part of this decade. The Pigskin Pathos wants to be among the first to welcome Coach Kiffin to Knoxville, and also among the first to issue him stern directive from all Tennessee fans:

Just win, baby.

Edit: Mike says I'm wrong.
